Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of WrappedDFY's website and services. By engaging our services or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

WrappedDFY designs, builds, and hosts interactive year-end Wrapped experiences for businesses. The scope of each project is defined by the package selected (Starter or Enterprise) and any additional agreements made in writing.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full upfront before work begins. All prices are listed in USD. We accept standard payment methods as communicated during onboarding.

4. Revisions and refunds

The Starter package includes 2 rounds of revisions. The Enterprise package includes unlimited revisions. If after exhausting your included revisions (2 rounds for Starter, 5 rounds for Enterprise) you are still not satisfied with the deliverable, we will refund 50% of the project cost - no questions asked.

5. Delivery and hosting

Starter projects are delivered within 2 business days. Enterprise projects are delivered within 5 business days. Timelines begin after we receive your data and full payment. Hosting is included for 90 days (Starter) or 1 year (Enterprise) from the delivery date.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final Wrapped deliverable and all custom design assets created for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you opt for the white-label option (Enterprise) or request otherwise in writing.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete data in the agreed format (CSV or equivalent).
  • Ensure you have the legal right to share any customer data with us.
  • Respond to revision requests and approvals in a timely manner.

8. Data handling

We handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Enterprise clients receive a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). All project data is deleted within 30 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of liability

WrappedDFY's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
