  • Contact details - company name, email address, and website URL submitted through our contact form.
  • Budget information - the estimated marketing budget range you select.
  • Client data - CSV files or data exports you provide for building your Wrapped experience. We process this data strictly on your behalf.
  • Usage data - standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
  • To build, host, and deliver your Wrapped experience.
  • To send project-related communications (confirmations, delivery updates).
  • To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data processing

When you provide customer data (CSV uploads) for your Wrapped project, we act as a data processor on your behalf. Enterprise clients receive a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We process data only as instructed and delete project data within 30 days after delivery unless you request otherwise.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Access to client data is restricted to team members directly involved in your project.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Resend - for transactional emails.
  • Hosting provider - for website and Wrapped experience hosting.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
